Augustus William of Prussia (German: August Wilhelm; 9 August 1722 – 12 June 1758) was Prince of Prussia and a brother of Frederick the Great. He was the second son of King Frederick William I of Prussia and Sophia Dorothea of Hanover.

He was a younger brother of Wilhelmine of Bayreuth, Frederick II of Prussia and Louisa Ulrika of Prussia.

Augustus was a general in the Silesian Wars.

He married Luise of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. Because his older brother had no children, Augustus's oldest son inherited the throne as King Frederick William II of Prussia.
